Express Service: Personalised Packaging
Here at BoxSleevePrinting we understand that the demands of business can sometimes mean you need things fast! We can supply your personalised packaging sleeves or custom printed belly bands within 5 working days! Simply place your order online and upload your print-ready artwork and leave the rest to us!
For us to ensure we can meet our promised 5 day turnaround time, please ensure your order meets our express order criteria:
- Quantity: Under 500 sleeves
- Size: One-part sleeves (no larger than A2 sheet size)
- Artwork: One version (single sided)
- Finishing: Will be supplied taped and flat (no assembly)
- Extras: No optional extras (lamination, foiling etc) can be added
When ordering express branded packaging, we offer a range of paper options including: silk, gloss, uncoated, recycled and Kraft. We are unable to offer our range of box board stock for our fast-turnaround orders.
Things to remember when ordering your Express Service Box Wraps:
- Add a 20mm tab to your print-ready artwork – this will become the taped tab that keeps your sleeves closed
- Make sure you mark the fold lines on your artwork so we know where to score your sleeves design (ideally set as a separate layer)
- Please check (and double check) the sleeve size! As we do not have one of your boxes, we are unable to check the sizing

*Please note – we offer a box checking service on our standard turnaround box sleeves and belly bands. If this is your first order or a new box, we would recommend sending us your box. If you do not have a spare box, we can send you a mock up (un-printed) sleeve to check this fits.
