Custom Belly Bands

Belly bands, also known as belly wraps, band packaging and bend sleeves are an excellent way to promote your brand. They can be used to cover labelling and make your product look much more attractive. Belly bands can also be printed with advertising or information about your company, service or products as well as useful information about how to use the product or how to dispose of it. We will create a mock-up to the exact sleeve measurement enabling you to add eye-catching artwork.

Belly Band Printing Options

Our belly bands are printed as standard on a 250gsm silk stock, however, we offer a wide range of alternative materials to suit your requirements including gloss, uncoated, recycled, brown eco-Kraft and food safe box board. For a more premium finish, we also offer our Conqueror stock. Paper stock can be selected on the pricing tool opposite. Our belly band packaging is printed using the highest quality UV inks and can be personalised with your own sleeve design.

• WE WILL NEED you to send in your box/product for a template
• We will create a mock up sleeve to exactly fit your dimensions
• A template will be emailed to you for your artwork / design
• Please allow 5 days for the template process

• 4 (full) colour CMYK
• 5 colour (4 colour CMYK + 1 pantone colour)
• 6 colour (4 colour CMYK + 2 pantone colours)
• Pantone colours (upto 5)
• Black throughout

• 100% recycled (200-350gsm)

Once you have placed your order for the belly bands, simply pop a sample of your product in the post to the following address:

As soon as your sample product has been received and linked to your order it will be passed to the production team to be professionally measured and a prototype belly band will be created to ensure the perfect fit.

Our design team will then use the prototype to create a digital PDF template that will be emailed to you for artwork creation. If you have decided to use our in-house design services, instead of emailing you the blank template we will use it to complete the design and then email over the proof for approval.

This template will then be kept on file for all future orders or reprints to ensure the same fit. If you ever decide to change your product or packaging the process will need to be completed again to create a new template.

 

Please Note: 

Be sure to include your name, company name, contact details and order number when posting your sample, if the sample is receive without these details it will likely cause production delays as we will be unable to link it to your order.

Please be sure to pack securely as if the product is received too damaged we will be unable to use it for template creation.

If you require the sample to be returned to you please let us know and we will make sure it is packed up and delivered along with your completed order.
